Processing and delivery

We usually process website orders in about 1–2 business days. Delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days after shipment, although processing and carrier schedules cannot be guaranteed.

Services and charges

The checkout page determines the available delivery services and fees, including any free-shipping offer that applies to a particular order and destination.

Address and tracking

Customers are responsible for supplying the full correct shipping address, email address and phone number. Carrier updates inform tracking notices; a missing scan does not necessarily mean a parcel has stopped moving.

Delivery problems and restrictions

If tracking stalls, a shipment goes missing, delivery is recorded without receipt, or the package arrives damaged, send the order number, checkout email, tracking number and issue details. For a delivered scan, check likely receiving points and recipients; for damage, preserve the contents and packaging with photo or video evidence. We review available records and seek carrier assistance when needed. Laws, carrier coverage, destination conditions or product restrictions can prevent service.
